Princess Construction specializes in all aspects of bidding and awarding subcontracts, and administration of all subcontractors and vendors.

As a woman-owned business with over 25 years of experience, we support our clients in preconstruction services, locating and maintaining MBEs for bidding projects, and monitoring MBE awards to subcontractors for projects awarded. Princess Construction is highly experienced in assessing community impacts created by a proposed project and ensuring that we have a community liaison assigned to address the needs and concerns as outlined in the RFP/Solicitation process, as well as during construction. Princess Construction also supports its clients in all aspects of our client’s Human Resources efforts. Princess Construction’s human resources services include job-site and branch office setup, corporate operations, security, benefits administration, recruitment, supervising the new hire process, and employee relations. As part of our human resource efforts, we also assist our clients in writing and editing company policies to be compliant with all EEO & Affirmative Action requirements and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP). Princess Construction oversees the client’s accounting, IT, corporate services and human resources departments and all administrative staff. Our business is heavily involved in community development for our clients.
